Temporary Total Disability Benefits
Temporary Total Disability benefits (TTD) is provided if an employee is medically incapable of returning to work. In order to establish entitlement to TTD, a doctor’s opinion is required. The doctor’s opinion must be in writing. There is no time limit to these benefits. TTD benefits are paid until you have been released to return to work.
